Frazier & Deeter Expands India Leadership Team with Appointment of Alok Sethia and Rishabh Rathi

Alok Sethia has been named CEO and Head of Tax for FD India, and Rishabh Rathi has been appointed Managing Director and Head of Audit. These appointments mark a significant milestone as FD strengthens its global capabilities and scales its India-based team.

With nearly two decades of U.S. tax experience, Sethia brings deep expertise across business tax compliance, planning, and advisory, with a focus on accelerating growth and operational efficiency. He has held tax and senior leadership roles at organizations including Alliantgroup, Amazon, DXC Technology, BNY Mellon, and Deloitte. Over the course of his career, Sethia has led teams of more than 200 professionals and is widely recognized for building high-performing teams, driving innovation in tax operations, and delivering measurable results for clients.

Rathi is an audit and advisory executive with a strong record of building and scaling audit practices. He began his career with nearly a decade at Deloitte and EY before taking on assurance leadership roles serving multiple U.S. CPA firms and global delivery centers. Rathi has consistently partnered with firm and client leadership to enhance audit quality, elevate the client experience, and develop empowered, high-performing teams. He is a Chartered Accountant (India) and holds a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA (UK).
