Director - Transaction Advisory Services

Mark focuses on the firm’s transaction advisory practice, providing buy-side and sell-side due diligence services to private equity groups, lenders, corporate strategic buyers and closely held businesses across a wide variety of sectors. In this role he works closely with the firm’s US offices to support cross border transactions.

Mark brings our clients the benefit of more than 20 years of transaction advisory experience.
