Partner - International Advisory Practice

Sean Lager is an American Certified Public Accountant and strategic business advisor and founding partner of Frazier & Deeter’s first international office located in London, England. Sean is responsible for the strategic vision of the UK practice and serves as the firm’s liaison parter with the UK. Sean spends his time between the US and UK offices working closely with firms technology clients and strategic partners to facilitate a seamless and effective client experience.

Sean has significant financial reporting experience with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles and International Financial Reporting Standards. Sean is past chair of PKF’s International Professional Standards Committee and former vice chairmen of the the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant’s (AICPA) Technical Issues Committee. Sean also served on IFAC’s Transnational Auditor’s Committee.

Sean has been published in well-known domestic and global publications such as the Journal of Accountancy and Chartered Accountants Magazine.
